Plaintiff Gertrude M. Roe initiated this quiet title action in the district court of Yellowstone County. One of the named defendants, Jean King Rahn, filed a cross complaint to quiet title to the property in question to her. The case was tried to the court and written briefs, exhibits and stipulations of fact were submitted. The trial court found in favor of defendant and cross complainant, Jean King Rahn, and entered an order quieting title to the disputed property in her favor.
